Whether this is your first time, or 100th, welcome!

Arriving at a new church can feel daunting, so we want to make sure you know exactly what to expect so you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive in the parking lot. Here are our most common questions we've received from visitors arriving for the first time:

What is it like?

We're just people who love people, mess and all. We come from all parts of Forsyth and Davidson counties, and consider North Davidson High School just one example of where the church meets. When you arrive, you'll find a coffee bar, see greeters in the parking lot and lobby.

We have contemporary worship with our worship team featuring guitars, drums, piano, and vocalists.

What about my kids?

At Restoration Community Church, we have a children's ministry we call ARK: Amazing Restoration Kids. We have staffed nursery for infants to three-year-olds, and a children's church where our small friends, ages PreK through 5th grade can worship, learn the Bible, play games and interact together during the message part of our service.

We think it's important for our children to experience worshipping and living in a community with people of all ages and to watch and model the adults in their lives in serving God. That's why we choose to have all of our children participate in the singing and praising worship aspects of service before they are dismissed to have their own age-appropriate lesson while adults hear the message from the pastor.

Where do I park?

At North Davidson High School Gymnasium, the first thing you will find when arriving is the huge parking lot for the school. Park anywhere outside the gymnasium, and follow the banners to the gym and lobby.

What do I wear?

Please come as yourself. There is no dress code. We expect you to arrive comfortable and as you would. We have everything from traditional "Sunday attire" to jeans and sweats.

How can I get connected?

We would love to connect you with the people at our church. Some of the ways in which you can get plugged in are:

1 - Worship:
Just as you are, we invite you to come and join us on Sunday mornings and fellowship with our community.

2 - Restore Groups: Throughout the week, we host small groups in homes, where our people can find community, friendship, Bible study, and accountability. Whether you're interested in a certain day, or a certain age-group to join, click here to find out more about Restore Groups.

3 - Retreats: Some of the biggest moments where we've seen God work in lives have been at Retreats during the lifetime of our church. It's why we prioritize hosting and creating retreats for everyone including Men, Women, Family, and Marriage Retreats. To find out more about when the next retreats are, click here

4 - Serve: Working alongside others to get the space ready for worship on Sundays and in the community are a few of the ways we encourage people to get involved in service. We have ministries always welcoming volunteers in the Children's Ministry, Sunday Morning Setup Team, Tear Down Team, Coffee Bar, Greeters, Community Outreach, and more.
